The Ronto Group announced its spectacular 20,400-square foot lushly landscaped Courtyard Park set ten-feet below the amenity pool deck at actual ground level is nearing completion at Eleven Eleven Central, a walkable/bikeable, access-controlled community being built by Ronto on Central Avenue between 10th Street and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples. Designed by Architectural Land Design landscape architect Christian Andrea, ASLA, PLA, the park will be accessed by a grand staircase and include benches, a putting green, a yoga lawn and fenced dog runs for large and small dogs. The Courtyard Park’s sunken orientation will provide residents with tree-top views rarely found in urban downtown settings.
“It became so inviting to create this green space that provides so much light and air. I feel like the sunken garden area is going to be a place where people can go to get away and not feel constrained,” said Andrea. “By placing the park at ground level, one level below the pool deck, it offered a lot more vertical space to the interior courtyard. It’s a vertical dimension to what normally would have been a flat space. It adds dimension and volume so you can appreciate the park from different elevations. We created a space where you are literally in the treetops when you come out the front door. As it matures, it will just get better and better. The residences on the upper floor are going to be looking down on these treetops. Where do you find that in a downtown environment? You don’t. The view from the pool deck will also provide a treetop canopy view, which is a special feature for those enjoying the pool deck When you get near the internal park you can appreciate it from above, or you can choose to appreciate it from ground level where you can enjoy the shade the canopy provides. We are including plants that will attract butterflies. I think that is going to be a unique quiet space that people will like. The walkway around the park at the amenity deck level is going to be a wonderful bonus to each unit owner as they come and go to their homes. It will also provide unique depth to all the views within the courtyard. The two levels will also create two spaces where you could have more activities going on without interfering with one another. This is a dynamic space that we feel will be something owners will appreciate more each time they use it, especially given the site’s location in downtown Naples. Open space is at a premium in the downtown district, and we’ll be very excited to see people use this space.”
Phase III construction is continuing as planned with completion anticipated in early 2023. Seven Phase III residences remain available, several of which offer amenity courtyard views. Phase III offers a final opportunity to enjoy an amenity rich resort lifestyle while residing within walking distance from downtown Naples’ attractions.
