Ronto Breaks Ground at Infinity High-Rise At The Colony in Pelican Landing

The Ronto Group announced it has broken ground at its new Infinity luxury high-rise within The Colony in Pelican Landing in Bonita Springs.

Naples — The Ronto Group announced it has broken ground at its new Infinity luxury high-rise within The Colony in Pelican Landing in Bonita Springs. The 22-story tower will include 96 residences and is being developed by Ronto in partnership with Wheelock Street Capital. Infinity offers the possibility of living an amenity rich, resort lifestyle while enjoying spacious residences with exclusive views. Five spacious floor plans ranging from 3,075 to 4,020 square feet will be equipped with expansive windows and sliding glass doors that embrace panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. The open concept plans provide residents with the creative freedom to design the interiors to suit their unique preferences. Private elevator foyers, sprawling grand salons and dining areas, spacious owners’ suites and guest bedrooms, gourmet island kitchens, and expansive terraces with an additional outdoor kitchen and grill all reflect Ronto’s commitment to providing an ultra-luxurious living experience.

Infinity is the first of two high-rises Ronto will be building within the gated Colony community and will be the first new high-rise built at The Colony in six years. Ronto has processed sales contracts worth more than $136,000,000 and the building is more than fifty percent sold. Pre-construction pricing for the tower’s available residences ranges from $2,495,000 to $4,475,000. The Colony is situated just west of Highway 41 on the waters of Estero Bay.

Infinity residents will also have access to the exclusive Pelican Landing Beach Park on Big Hickory Island, the Pelican Landing Community Center and Fitness Center, The Pelican Landing Tennis Center, pickleball courts, kayak and sailing facilities, and bocce ball courts. Additionally, Colony residents will have access to a kayak park on Estero Bay that is located within the gates of The Colony, as well as access to The Bay Club, a private, residents only dining facility on Estero Bay. An exclusive golf and country club is located within the gates of The Colony. Membership opportunities are available for an additional fee.
