The Ronto Group announced it is offering three designer curated finish package choices for purchasers of currently unsold residences at its new Infinity luxury high-rise. Infinity is being built by Ronto in partnership with Wheelock Street Capital at The Colony in Pelican Landing in Bonita Springs. The 22-story tower will include 96 residences, and construction is progressing as planned. To date, Ronto has processed Infinity sales contracts worth more than $211,000,000 and the building is nearly 70 percent sold. Pricing for typical Infinity residences ranges from $2,710,000 to $4,665,000. Five spacious floor plan choices range from 3,075 to 4,102 square feet. Infinity is the first of two high-rises Ronto will be building within the gated Colony community. The Colony is situated just west of Highway 41 on the waters of Estero Bay.

The three finish packages were created by Naples-based Renée Gaddis Interiors and evolved out of what Infinity buyers have demonstrated to be most popular thus far. The packages present classic design choices that will provide a solid neutral base that allows buyers to readily exercise their own personal style and put their own stamp on their new residence by integrating their furnishings, accessories, and collected items with the finishes included in the package of their choice.
Package One presents warm coastal tones as well as more traditional aspects such as Shaker Style cabinetry. The vintage, European-inspired flooring in the kitchen will be Santa Monica French white oak that is both classic and very refined. The flooring will play against gorgeous classic Valley White quartz countertops with subtle grey veining. The Shaker style cabinetry will have a clean, classic white Moon Glow finish.

The terrace will have beautiful neutral porcelain stone floor tile in Avery White with subtle veining that will provide an organic visual. The outdoor kitchen’s Shaker style cabinetry will be finished in a nutmeg tone with a speckled granite White Dream counter surface. The owner’s bath will also have Avery White floor and wall tile. The bath’s Decor cabinetry will have a white Moon Glow finish with Miami White counter surfaces. The baths in the guest bedrooms will continue the Avery White flooring and feature cabinetry in a Molina ash tone with Miami White classic countertops. Carpeting with a square geometric pattern in a pretty light grey tone called Overcast will be used in the bedrooms.
Laundry room finishes are the same for each of the three packages. The counter surface will have a clean, minimalist off-white finish called Blanco Maple. The Santa Monica French white oak flooring will continue into the laundry. The cabinetry will have a sleek white laminate finish.

Package Two will present classic clean lines with cooler tones and a bit of grey hues, including on the kitchen’s beautiful vintage European plank sandy Amelia Oak flooring. The countertops will be quartz with a look very similar to Calcutta marble. It has very elegant veining, a bit more pronounced than in Package One. The kitchen cabinetry has a bit of a thin edge that gives it more of a contemporary Shaker Style. The cabinets will be finished in the classic white Moon Glow tone.
The flooring on the terrace will be cool Wanderwise Swan limestone tile in simple white that is classic, serene, and very neutral. The speckled granite countertops in the outdoor kitchen will offer a cooler take. The owner’s bath will also have Wanderwise Swan limestone floor and wall tile with sleek Moon Glow finished cabinetry and a Miami Vena quartz countertop with very subtle veining on a pure white base.

The guest bedroom baths will also feature Moon Glow finished cabinetry with Miami Vena quartz countertops. The guest bedrooms will include carpeting with a square geometric pattern in the light grey Overcast tone.
Package Three is the most contemporary of the three package choices and presents a California coastal design style that is more contemporary than Florida coastal. The look is sleeker, a bit more refined, and presents very clean lines.
Clean Captiva Maple hardwood flooring in the kitchen is smoother and less knotted than the flooring in the other two packages. Flat fronted cabinetry with a slight trim around the edge will have a classic Moon Glow finish and will be topped by beautiful Misterio quartz counter surfaces with a white marble look with very subtle brown and grey veining that is both elegant and natural looking.
The terrace will feature beautiful Persuade Beige porcelain tile flooring with linear grains that contribute to the tile’s elegant, upscale look. The outdoor kitchen’s Shaker Style cabinetry will have a Super White finish with Bianco Sardo countertops.
The owner’s bath will feature Persuade Beige floor and wall tile that will play against Brixton cabinetry with a Moon Glow finish, and Miami Vena counter surfaces in an off-white tone. The guest bedroom baths will also present Persuade Beige floor and wall tile with Décor cabinetry with a Cremma White finish and a Miami Vena countertop. The carpeting in the guest bedrooms will be in a subtle, warm Soft Ash tone with a geometric pattern.
