Naples The Ronto Group unveiled the interior design for its furnished 904 model at the Infinity luxury high-rise. Infinity is being built by Ronto in partnership with Wheelock Street Capital at The Colony in Pelican Landing in Bonita Springs. The design was created by the team at Jinx McDonald Interior Designs, including Minka McDonald, President, Interior Designer, NCIDQ, ASID, and LEED AP; Beth Walker-Fenton, Interior Designer; and Janine Blume, Interior Designer. The furnished 904 residence is priced at $3,580,000 with a leaseback.
The 04 plan includes a 767 square foot terrace, a private elevator lobby, and an interior foyer. The plan’s bedrooms, Grand Salon, and dining area open to the terrace. The 3,075 square feet under air plan features a den that has been repurposed as a recreation room in the model and an island kitchen. The owner’s suite includes a bathroom with separate water closets, a double vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.
The designers’ intention was to create a sense of fun and a sense of Florida with a “palm beachy” aesthetic. The color pallet will include a taupy wood-look tile floor, whites, neutral mushroom-toned cabinetry, pops of green and black, and hints of blush.
The elevator lobby will have an elegant white wainscot. Above the chair rail, there will be bright wallpaper with stylized green palm trees. There will also be a Ratan bench with a Ratan bamboo framed mirror above that will be flanked by sconces. In the interior foyer, one wall will be finished with grasscloth paper. A cheetah print rug will play against a white chest with reeding on the doors. A vintage Palm Beach print will hang above the chest. A black pendant will hang over the space.

The centerpiece of the recreation room will be a pool table with a taupe wood frame. Above it will be a banana leaf pendant light. The space will also feature palm beachy art selections. The corners of the back wall will have bar-height bistro tables with counter-height swivel chairs upholstered in emerald-green velvet. Gold pendant lights will be suspended above the tables. The designers added a peninsula between the recreation room and kitchen that will feature a wine and beverage bar with glass shelves, a bar sink, and a beverage cooler.
The Grand Salon will be anchored by a custom white media unit with Palm Beach style fretwork at the top and bottom. The open middle section will be flanked by shelving. The back of the open section will be clad in sandy-toned grass cloth. The seating area will include a white sofa as well as two skirted Chippendale chairs in white with seats and backs in a Thibaue print performance fabric. The cocktail table will be covered in raffia. The circular side tables will present black frames and three shelves.
Four black Chippendale counter stools with green and white cushions will be set beside the kitchen island. Two woven rope pendants will hang over the island. The white island base cabinet will include a bead around the drawers and the doors. The granite island countertop will include waterfalls at either end with a milky white background and soft gold veining. The perimeter cabinetry will be mushroom-toned with a Miami White quartz countertop. The backsplash will be mosaic tile.
The dining area will be adjacent to sliders leading to the terrace. A rectangular suspended ceiling detail with a white drum-shaped pendant chandelier encircled by gold palm leaves will define the space. The focal point will be an oval shaped white alabaster dining table with fully skirted host and hostess chairs with rich green palm print fabric. The side chairs will have elegant black cane backs and seats in a black and white print. A white buffet with raised fretwork will grace the wall beyond the table. On the opposite wall, two gold framed open etageres will mirror one another with their glass shelving.
The owner’s bedroom will open to a terrace with a conversation area, outdoor kitchen, and an outdoor dining space. The bedroom will be anchored by a ceiling detail in white intersecting squares and a gold tropical frond chandelier. The headboard wall will include a king bed and a raffia and rattan wall covering with a blue woven accent. A chiffon white grasscloth nightstand will be on one side of the bed. On the other, there will be a petite writing desk in white with gold pulls and a rattan desk chair. A lounge chair and a white dresser with gold pulls will complete the look.
The owner’s bath will showcase a double vanity wall framed with white trim. An open space in the middle will serve as a make-up vanity. The wall above the white cabinetry will be broken into three framed mirror sections with four sconces that will play against a taupy quartz countertop. The wall covering on the other walls will be blue and white Chippendale wallpaper with a fretwork pattern. The stacked shower floor and wall tile will be calming and spa-like. There will also be an oval soaking tub.
