Ronto’s Infinity High-Rise at The Colony in Pelican Landing Will Feature Resort-Style Amenities

Naples The new Infinity luxury highrise to be built by The Ronto Group in partnership with Wheelock Street Capital at The Colony in Pelican Landing in Bonita Springs will showcase a comprehensive array of resort-style amenities that reflect Ronto’s commitment to providing a luxurious lifestyle. The tower will feature a beautifully landscaped exterior amenity deck with multiple swimming pools, including a 4,191 square foot family pool and a 2,500 square foot adult pool with a sun shelf. Hot/ cold plunge pools are also planned. An approximately 2,000 square foot game room, bocce and basketball courts, a dog park, social seating, overlook terraces, and a nine-hole putting golf course will also be included. The amenities will be expanded to include a second nine-hole putting course and a children’s playground during construction of the second high-rise.
In addition to the long list of planned amenities available at Ronto’s Infinity high-rise, Colony residents will also have access to the exclusive Pelican Landing Beach Park on Big Hickory Island, the Pelican Landing Community Center and Fitness Center, The Pelican Landing Tennis Center, pickleball courts, a kayak facility, a sailing facility, and bocce ball courts. Additionally, Colony residents will have access to a kayak park on Estero Bay that is located within the gates of The Colony, as well as access to The Bay Club, a private, residents only dining facility on Estero Bay.
